The Library has two concurrent displays thru the month of September!

The first floor of the library focuses on the 40th Anniversary of the first man to walk on the moon. On display are books and posters, a 40th Anniversary DVD with Walter Cronkite, and other items commemorating the historic event which took place on July 21, 1969. You can also check out this link: http://www.louisvuittonjourneys.com Watch the interviews of three incredible astronauts, Buzz Aldrin, the second man to walk on the moon; Sally Ride, the first woman in space and Jim Lovell, the commander of Apollo 13 and the command module pilot of Apollo 11.
On the second floor of the library there are books and posters on the Constitution.
Celebrating Constitution Day
September 17
On Sept. 17, 1787 the U.S. Constitution was signed. Constitution Day is a time to remember that great event and the “birthday” of our government. From now through the month of September the library will have on display books and posters of the Constitution and other Documents of Democracy.For additional information, checkout The National Archives' Website with a scan of the U.S. Constitution available online at:
