Two Concurrent Displays thru the Month Of September!

 September is National Hispanic Month

On the library’s first floor we are featuring National Hispanic Heritage Month. Come celebrate and recognize historical and cultural contributions of Hispanic Americans.  Most Latin American countries observe their independence during a 31-day period beginning on September 15 and ending on October 15.
In conjunction with the Hispanic Heritage celebration, the library is displaying various books and informational maps, dealing with Hispanic history, art, literature, and culture.

Celebrating U.S. Constitution Day

September 17th

Come see the books, posters, and Documents of Democracy on the U.S. Constitution through the end of September on the library’s second floor. Constitution Day is a time to remember the great event and “birthday” of our government, Sept 17, 1787.
